### Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team at 7876601941 within 2 days of receiving your order.
#### How to Initiate an Exchange
1. Contact our customer service team to confirm your exchange eligibility.
2. Ship the item back to us after confirming your eligibility. The tracking ID must be sent to 7876601941 on the same communication thread used to initiate the exchange.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets our standards for hygiene and condition.
#### Conditions for Exchange
– The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
– The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
#### Processing Time
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
#### Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of the desired size or color for exchange. If the item you want is not in stock, we will issue a store credit.
#### Defective Products

#### Store Credit
In the event an exchange cannot be completed, we will issue a store credit valid for use on future purchases from Ovrlordz. This store credit will be valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
